Understand precisely your risks and obligations

Clients will draft their tender documents and contract terms which provide them with the maximum commercial, financial, insurance and legal advantage.

It is sometimes tempting to sign up to client terms with only a brief review of the margin, Service Level Agreement and payment terms. We can help your organisation appreciate the terms it is signing to, therefore avoiding the risk of being in breach of contract or, avoiding liability for penalties, non payment of invoices, insurance claims for which you may not insured. For example, if you accept liability for the acts or errors of your temporary workers/contractors, do you know whether your insurance provides cover?

Our role will be to provide a full analysis of the terms the client requires you to sign, so that you are able to make an informed decision as to whether the risk of signing the agreement justifies the rewards under the contract. Additionally, we can attend meetings and negotiate directly with your client upon request.

Should you require tailored contracts which you may wish to issue to your client or supplier, we can (after consulting with you for your specific requirements), provide such contracts.
